Effective 11/05/2026
Common Rise Creative Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, operates MyLobi. These Terms apply to mylobi.com, the Lobiboard editor and player, and related membership and support services. By accepting these Terms when you create an account or purchase a membership, you agree to them. If you accept for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 to open an account.
Keep your account information accurate, protect your login credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for managing who can access your account, displays, and playback links.
MyLobi lets you build and play digital signage presentations called Lobiboards. Your membership determines the themes, layouts, editing tools, social refresh frequency, and other features available to you. The plan description and checkout disclosures identify what your plan includes. If you change plans or paid access ends, you may lose access to plan-specific features or playback that depends on them. Review your boards and save any available copies before changing plans or closing your account.
Checkout shows your price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any promotional or trial terms before you subscribe. If you choose a recurring plan and authorize renewal, your payment method will be charged for each new billing period until you cancel. A trial or promotion converts to paid billing only if its conversion terms were disclosed and you authorized the recurring charges.
To stop future renewals, use the cancellation option in My Account before your next renewal. If you cannot access it, contact us through the MyLobi website. Your cancellation confirmation explains when paid access ends. Any applicable refund terms shown at checkout apply, subject to rights provided by law. We will give advance notice of recurring price increases and obtain additional consent where required. A failed payment may interrupt paid access.
You retain your rights in the logos, images, captions, video, and other content you provide or connect. You authorize us and our service providers to store, copy, format, cache, and transmit that content as needed to build, preview, refresh, and play your Lobiboards as you direct. This permission lasts as needed to provide the service, subject to lawful retention, deletion obligations, and any applicable platform restrictions.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, import, embed, and display the content at your locations. That includes applicable music, video, image, privacy, and public performance rights. A post appearing on social media does not by itself grant permission to display it commercially. Review your boards before playback and monitor any board that automatically pulls in new posts. Anyone with access to a published playback link may be able to view the board. Share those links accordingly. A QR code or external link you add may take viewers to a third-party website you are responsible for selecting.
When you authorize an eligible Facebook or Instagram connection, MyLobi can retrieve and cache supported posts and use them to populate or refresh social slides. Updates depend on your plan, account permissions, and platform availability. Refreshes can be delayed, and posts may change or become unavailable. Disconnecting a source stops future imports from that connection and may affect existing slides. Embedded videos, including YouTube and Vimeo videos where supported, are subject to the provider’s terms and playback restrictions.
Playback depends on compatible hardware, browsers, network access, and third-party services. Test the display you intend to use, including full-screen and audio behavior. MyLobi is designed for digital signage and must never be your sole channel for emergency, safety, or other time-critical communications.
Do not use MyLobi to distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, expose private information without permission, distribute malware, bypass membership or security controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal obligations. Where practical and appropriate, we will notify you of the reason.
We and our licensors retain rights in MyLobi’s software, branding, templates, and theme assets. Your membership gives you a limited right to use the features and included assets available to your plan for your signage. You may display your finished boards as permitted by the service. You may not resell or redistribute the underlying software, templates, or theme assets separately without permission.
We may update features or these Terms. We will give notice of material changes as required by law and obtain renewed agreement where required. You can stop using the service and cancel future renewals if you disagree with a change.
To the extent permitted by law, MyLobi is provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid for MyLobi in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Michigan law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
